Fixed and reported elusive bugs and errors, dating for almost few months old tickets that even the senior developers were not able to catch, and this happened in my very first month with the company.

Enhanced email delivery system and added safe email testing feature solving the management problem of having customers receiving test emails.

I was mainly a system developer specializes in web-based systems, as well as assisting in deployment of automated systems and network setup. This also includes being an on-field technician (CCTV Installation and configuration) and assisting in wireless internet service marketing and installation.

During my stay with RSD, I was able to deploy several customized system features for the company's clients, specifically supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug stores. Most of these clients' main application is built with VB.net but the feature enhancement requests are focused on analytics and reports and because of my knowledge in database management, I was able to accomplish their requirements with web-based modules using Laravel and MySQL.
